Earlier this week, 4/20 to be exact, I thought it would be funny to make a veggie version of KFC's now infamous double down sandwich. The idea came to me one night probably after a couple of tasty pints. So here we are two days later and I've made it to the Huffington Post. Props to Gaper's Block and Pistol for the original blogging love.
The comments on the Huffinton Post are very funny to me. People are very, very serious on there. I guess the irony of the veggie version of a bacon cheese sandwich with fried/grilled chicken buns missed them. I do love and can cook. This concoction was merely for delicious fun.
Eat food, drink good beer and enjoy life.
