It's such a dick move to turn right in front of a cyclist. Would you do it front of another car? Wait the whole 5 seconds for the the cyclist to clear your path. It's not that big of a deal. You'll get to where you're going in the same time and you wont kill anybody or get a Ulock to the taillight. Be easy out there.
